Below are some of my favourite pinterests from the month of July. During the summer I always tend to inject more colour and textures into my home to reflect what’s happening outside. I love the bright coral pink bedding and the beautiful Moroccan style tiles are the epitome of summer time.

Hello everyone, things have been a little bit quiet lately on my blog. I’ve been busy preparing for interviews most of this week. I’ve had 3! I’m trying to get myself back in to the interior design field as I miss the excitement and creativity. I felt they all went well but now its just a case of waiting to hear back from them with their feedback and, fingers crossed, a job! I’ll keep you all updated on how it goes.
In terms of my June pinterest board I picked a few of my favourites. I always feel that summer is a time to refresh and invigorate your senses, don’t you think? For me, these images represent my summer; delicious, mouth-watering and healthy food, fresh herbs and beautiful green plants and of course, light bright and airy homes.

I was meant to post this at the end of May, but I’ve just not had the spare time to sit down and get it done. Finally though, I found a spare minute today to sit down and decide what pinterests were going to be making it on to my May pinterests post. The images I chose to include are all quite scandinavian in style (one of my favourite interior design styles) and all have a summery vibe to them. I guess my creative mind must be feeling summery even if the weather here in scotland isn’t! (2 weeks worth of rain is supposed to fall over this weekend alone.. madness. I’ve got my wellies at the ready).
Anyway, I hope you’re having a lovely weekend and i’m sorry for this post being over a week late, I’ll do better next time. I actually have a whole host of posts waiting to go up over the next few days, including some new and exciting recipes i’ve been trying out, a June wishlist and holiday ideas, but until then, happy viewing 🙂
